Why is the product list empty?

In case your are applying for a Major Change it is possible that the applicant sees no product in the product list.

There are two potential reasons:

1. The applicant does not hold a type certificate and is therefore not eligible to apply for a Major Change

2. The applicant is a Type Certificate holder, but there is a missing system link between the product and applicant data. Should this be the case, please contact Products.Master@easa.europa.eu . The Master Data team will then establish the correct system links.
