What happens after I have submitted an application?

Once you have submitted an application using the EASA Applicant Portal, an auto-generated acknowledgement email will be sent in response to your application. This email will be accompanied by the Acknowledgement document, which summarises the application data you have submitted to EASA.

The Applications Management Team will carry out an administrative eligibility check of your application. The status of the Applicant Portal will change, once your application is considered eligible and a project is created.

Your application will then be forwarded to the Technical Department for the technical eligibility check. Once accepted by the responsible Technical Department, your project will be allocated to the responsible party. An EASA Application Acceptance letter stating all information, details and related fees will be sent to you.
