Application for Major Change to STC - Screen 5 - Related approval

The fifth tab, 5. Related approval, asks you to give information about already existing certificates relating to your application.

Please populate the fields as follows:

1. EASA Approval Number

Identify the original EASA or grandfathered NAA STC number together with the responsible authority and approval date.

2. Third Country Approval Number

Identify the original 3rd country approval number together with the responsible authority and approval date in case of a validation of an existing approval. In case of concurrent validations, please identify the project number and the primary certifying authority. The issue date should be left blank.
