This functionality can only be accessed by the Master User.
To edit an existing contact person entry you need to click on Applicant information.
Then choose Contacts management.
You will then enter the screen listing the contacts for your Applicant Portal account. Then click on Edit contact.
The data can now be changed. Please note that the fields marked with a red star* are mandatory. You will not be able to save if any of these fields has been left blank.
Important Note: If you change the email address of a contact who has login credentials to the Applicant Portal (User), s/he will no longer be able to login and a new password will have to be requested.
