Are applications using the Word forms still accepted?

Yes - all incoming applications, either submitted via the Applicant Portal or the traditional way (via email, post) will be accepted and handled accordingly.

Nevertheless, we would like to encourage all applicants to make use of the online tool as it offers many advantages:

•provide more transparency by providing an overview of applications and their processing status

•improve the overall efficiency of the application process

•reduced response time and a faster processing of applications by EASA
